District Medical Group (DMG) is a nonprofit integrated medical group practice consisting of nearly 1,000 medical providers representing more than 25 medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties. Dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Arizonans of all ages, DMG is committed to patient care, education, research, and community service.
DMG includes the largest Multi-Specialty Interdisciplinary Clinic (MSIC) in Arizona and the only MSIC in Maricopa County, DMG Children’s Rehabilitative Services (DMG CRS). In addition, DMG provides professional clinical services with DMG physicians and mid-level providers staffing a multitude of healthcare facilities throughout the Valley, including a hospital and emergency departments, inpatient behavioral health centers, an outpatient specialty center, family health centers, an internationally recognized burn center, and outreach programs that provide care for more than 450,000 patients annually.
